My latest toy!

Today my latest "toy" arrived in Sweden, the new Hunchback electronics, The Shearwater Pursuit. It will give the readings from all 3 cells at the same time, the voltage (if I want it), it is full CCR trimix computer with everything that comes with it, and it looks and feels rock solid. This is the new version (I had the old one but sold it in a weak moment...) and it sure looks good. I cant wait to get into the water with it. The modifications that I have to do is as follows: A) Order a new fischer receiver and connector for the cable and the head (M14x1) (4 pin or 6 pin). B) Solder some new cables in the head for the cells, make sure they are damp proof ;=) That is it! The other connector will still be there as a reserve for a stand alone back up PO2 display, a VR3 or whatever is available! :=) It is so cool!!!! I am a happy camper! Rock on!

Back in Business
Hi there folks!

This Sunday I decided to brush up on some skills that had not been used for a while. I went through my old hunchback drawer and found a few parts that gave me an idea. Let us build a simple and beautiful O2 analyzer. So I started the project at noon and I was done with it round about three pm, it took 3 hours to drill holes, glue parts, strip wires, solder cables, strip cables, and to seal the case. Look at the finished product, I think it came out alright. This was a good brush up project for what is next in the hunchback project. Stay tuned in for more this spring! Here are some pictures of a "cool" Swedish O2 analyzer:
